Our approach defines our impact
In our colleges young people creatively deal with real-life challenges through learning in projects. In doing so their learning is life and not just a preparation for life. This strengthens them to inquire and navigate an increasingly complex and dynamic world. Learning in small groups allows for individualisation.
Playful ‘doing’ is at centre of a learning process. We define quality through what young people can do instead just what they know and can reproduce. 600 full time learners attend our institution per year. From a social science perspective, real impact cannot be seriously measured by any evaluation professional in an NGO setting. What we as education professionals see daily is the steady development of resourceful and confident young women and men who are eager to learn and understand the world.
